How does it work?
Rent won’t build your future, we will.
First, you choose your dream home, the place that feels right for you.

You put in the maximum down payment your bank requires, and we cover the rest. Junia Home buys the share you can’t finance today, so you can move in right away.
It’s fully yours to live in, we don’t share the space, we don’t visit. It’s your home. When you leave, Junia Home simply receives an annual occupancy fee of 10% of the amount we invested.
At any time, you’re free to sell your home at the best price, or buy back our share at a predetermined rate.
